Travel Note

Justin and Sarah Travel Information:

We are arriving to LAX the night of October 19. We are planning on spending the night in LA and starting our journey the next morning to Santa Barabra County. October 20th: We plan on staying in Solvang for the for the evening. We highly recommend checking out this area. Especially, if you're a fan of the movie sideways. The area is a cute Danish town. We typically enjoy staying at the Solvang Inn & Cottages (Staying here give complimentary breakfast at Olsen's Bakery). We plan on visiting our Wine Memberships while in Santa Barbara. Our membership locations: Zaca Mesa Winery, Demetria Estate & Vineyards, and Firestone. From Santa Barabra we continue the Journey North to Paso Robles. Paso Robles is a place we consider our Paradise. We hope you love it just as much as we do! October 21st and 22nd we plan on making reservations at places we are members for wine tastings. We have memberships at Niner Winery, Tablas Creek Vineyard, Epoch Winery, Austin Hope (Hope Family Wines), Calcareous Vineyards, J Dusi Winery, Brecon and Copia Vineyards. Our we may be visiting some other winery's we love: Denner, Bodega de Edgar, Caliza, and Opolo. If you have any interest in visiting a winery, please let us know. We HIGHLY suggest if you plan to go wine tasting.... You NEED reservations at most locations, especially on weekends. October 23rd: We are discussing a split up of the Groups. The Bride and Groom going separate ways for the day/night to have a girls and guys night out. October 24th: The day before we say I do. We are planning to have dinner with our immediate family and wedding party. Sarah and Justin will leave dinner and go separate ways until Sarah comes down the aisle. October 25th: (Wedding Day) We will be pretty busy as should be expected. Justin has some Errands first thing in the morning with the Bakery and Venue as are wedding cakes will be coming from the famous Madonna Inn. Sarah has planning with venue and getting ready.

Travel Note

Justin and Sarah Travel Information after wedding:

October 26th-29th: We are planning on the same as the 21st -22nd. Wine tasting and enjoying Paso Robles as a married couple. If you want to catch time with us let us know what you have in mind. We are hoping by doing a destination wedding and keeping the event small we get to spend extra time with everyone. Our vision of the wedding is a place we love, with people we love. If there is something specific, you would love to do please let us know. We apologize in advanced if we have delays, unforeseen events happen, and so forth.

We have a locked in rate for $120.00 a night for the daily rate. When you call, please tell them you are booking for the Gerstein Wedding. We ask you to please stay at this hotel at least for the Night of the Wedding. The night of the wedding we will have a shuttle service to and from the venue. **We will not allow anyone to drive if they have been drinking. **

Shuttle

Shuttle from hotel to Wedding

October 25, 2023 2:45 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle will be running back and forth from the Hotel to Niner Winery. We ask you arrive early. If you decide to leave early or forgot something we have a transportation service that will be there to accommodate you. The shuttle will not go to any other location. *** You will not be permitted to drink at the wedding unless you are shuttled to the venue. ***
