Note Regarding Travel Times
Please note the following drive times (assuming minimal traffic) to our Ceremony/Reception area when making your arrangements. We advise allowing additional time if using rideshare services. Disney Area - 45 Minutes Universal/International Drive Area - 25-30 Minutes The Villages Area - At Least 1 Hour New Smyrna Beach Area - At Least 1 Hour Cocoa Beach Area - At Least 1 Hour Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater Area - 2 Hours+
Flight
Orlando International Airport - MCO
MCO is located approximately 30 minutes south of our Reception location. Uber, Lyft, and Taxi Services are typically readily available, with multiple car rental options. Check with your hotel to see if they offer shuttle services to and from the airport!
Flight
Orlando Sanford International Airport - SFB
SFB is located approximately 35 minutes north of our Reception location. We recommend using this airport if Allegiant is your preferred airline. This will NOT be your best option distance-wise if you and your family are planning to stay near the attractions. Renting a car for transportation needs would be advisable.

As of 4/17/25, there is no more availability within the room block. You are welcome to book directly with the hotel!

Cab & Rideshare Information
Uber and Lyft are typically readily available throughout the Orlando area. Mears Transportation is a trusted local company that can provide taxi and shuttle services if you do not wish to use rideshare sources or rent a vehicle.
