I got me a FIANCÉ!

Our first date was at Pier 115 in Edgewater, and the moment I saw him I noticed that warm, unforgettable smile—then those kind, gentle eyes. We laughed, ate, drank (ALOT), and I had to come back for one more kiss. My cheeks hurt from smiling from the moment I saw him until I was home in bed, thinking about him. I had this unforgettable feeling… true butterflies. I told my friends the next day at lunch… “I’m going to marry this man!”

Ahh yes, Pier 115—the only thing more beautiful than the view of NYC was the amazing woman that I get to marry. At first glance, I was hooked. Beautiful hair, a beaming smile, and those brown eyes you want to stare into for the rest of your life. The energy was different from anything I’ve ever experienced. Conversations were smooth and genuine from start to finish; it was just perfect. I remember saying to myself, “I could do this for the rest of my life.” After hours that flew by like minutes, we shared the most invigorating first kiss. It was so good that she came back for seconds, lol. I will never forget that moment and the expression on her face. She is truly unforgettable, and I can’t wait to marry her, build a beautiful family, and create wonderful memories for the rest of our lives.

I said “YES” in Montana—and it couldn’t have been more perfectly us: breathtaking, a little funny, and absolutely unforgettable. At our Airbnb, I wandered out to the hillside, determined to feed the horses the carrots we’d brought. When I reached the edge and saw no horses in sight, I had a mini fit in frustration, cursing these horses out—completely unaware that Christian was behind me on one knee, patiently waiting. He made a soft little noise to get my attention, and when I turned around there he was, holding the most perfect ring I could have ever dreamed of. He shared the most heartfelt words, voice trembling just a bit, and I fell into his arms with tears of joy, yelling “YES!” I couldn’t have dreamed of a better man to be my husband, my partner in every adventure, and the future father of our family. We’re overflowing with love and excitement, and we can’t wait to celebrate true love with all of you on August 29, 2026.
