What time is the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 5pm. Please arrive by 4:45 to give yourself time for parking and find a seat!

Can I camp at the venue?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! We encourage our guests to camp with us the night of the wedding. We want to have a great time with both our families and friends, while also making sure there’s a safe option. Camping will be available at 5pm Friday, July 19 - Sunday, July 21, no later than 11am. Please plan ahead if you will bring an RV or trailer, and let us know so we can reserve parking for it. Tents are welcome as there is a nice area to pitch by a creek.

Is there transportation to/from venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be offering transportation through MT Party Bus. Our pick up/drop off location will be at Stone Creek Lodge, one of our hotel blocks. Our other hotel block, Hilton Garden Inn, is located just 2.2 miles down the road from transportation pick up/drop off location.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would like our wedding to be Summer/Dressy Casual. It will be a hot summer day, so dress accordingly for MT weather. Ex: Nice/dress shorts, polo, button up, khakis, summer dress, summer cocktail, nice pants, wedges, sandals, nice shoes, or dress shoes. What to avoid: We hope to have our guests avoid wearing white, and be cautious with wearing stiletto heels, as there is a grass field for ceremony and gravel path in entrance.

Is there Plus 1's?

Answer

We have personally addressed the guests we want to attend on the envelopes. However, if your envelope only addressed a single person, a +1 is an option as long as you list them when you RSVP or contact me before June 1, 2024. Are drinks provided?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us, while supplies last!🎊 We will offer a His and Her specialty drink, beer, seltzer, wine, water, and soda. Guests 21+, who are camping, are also welcome to bring drinks in from campsite if you would like!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1, 2024. Earlier the better! That way we have time to make final decisions and prepare for the wedding!
