Please RSVP no later than April 30. We will grab the list of those who responded that night and finalize all of our arrangements with that total number of people. We will not look at the list afterwards, so if you missed the deadline, you will be missed. Arrangements will not be adjusted.
Though we love your kiddos, we would enjoy having you fully present for a parents night out! If you are unable to find accommodations for that night, please let me know ASAP so we can try to make adjustments.
The attire is semi-formal/causal & floral! Please keep in mind the end of May weather and its unpredictability.
Pre-ceremony cocktail hour begins at 3:30 and ends at 3:55. The ceremony begins at 4. Please arrive no later than 3:45. This will allow time for everyone to park, grab a drink, mingle and find a seat!
For the ceremony, please refrain from taking your own personal pictures. We have an amazing photographer who will capture that moment for us. The last thing we would want is to see your personal devices in the picture, and possibly in the way of the photographers camera. After the ceremony, have at it! Whether it be with us, you individually, or a group of friends, please document the fun hours after the ceremony. We are going to have a way for you all to share those moments with us as well!
Though we will be saddened by the news, we know there are things that come up last minute that cannot be avoided. Please reach out to us as soon as you can and we will make the changes that need to be made. We will miss you that night!
Yes, there will be an open bar. There will be no liquor though, aside from our specialty drinks. No shots or outside liquor is permitted. What our bartender has is what is allowed. Please respect that decision of ours. The bar will stop serving at 8:30, 1 hour before we need to be out!
We will be having two cocktail “hours”. The pre-ceremony cocktail hour will be from 3:30-3:55, and start back up directly after the ceremony. We will have taken the majority of our pictures prior to the ceremony, and will not be serving appetizers due to the time of day.
