What time do I arrive to the ceremony venue?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00 p.m. We ask you manage time appropriately as the line for the guard gate check in can become backed up.

How do I get to the ceremony venue?

Answer

The Golden Bear Club - 6300 Jack Nicklaus Pkwy Windermere, FL 34786 Once past the guard gate, continue straight past the first intersection, then park in the lot to your right.

When do I arrive for the reception?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, guests should go directly to the reception venue at The New York Beer Project. Please be inside the building by 6 p.m.

Where do I park?

Answer

At The Golden Bear Club, once passed the guard gate, continue straight and park at the lot to your right. At New York Beer Project, park in the lot.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue size limitations, we are not able to accommodate plus one's.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We love your children, but due to venue space and insurance restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age of 21.

Are there any age restraints?

Answer

Yes - all guests must be over the age of 21 due to venue restrictions.

Am I allowed to take photos during your ceremony?

Answer

We want our guests to be fully present and in the moment during our ceremony. With that said, we ask all phones be silenced and put away for our unplugged ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We ask that men wear a suit - tie is optional - and women wear an evening/floor-length gown.

Question

Are the any colors I should avoid?

Answer

Out of respect for the bride and groom, we ask guests to not wear white, champagne, beige, ivory, or any light nude colors.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

We never want any of our guests to feel pressured or expected to bring a gift. Your love and support is a gift in and of itself, and for that, we thank you! If you would still like to send a gift, you can visit our registry tab on this site.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to share the day with the people we love most. Please no phones or photos during the ceremony; however, the remainder of the wedding can be shared on social media!
