When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP are required by September 1st, 2023. To help us with our planning, we kindly ask you to RSVP by the date provided. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we can't make exceptions and will have to mark you as a "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner and we don't want to risk any hiccups in the planning process. We hope you understand.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a Formal Wedding! Think high fashion, glam, elegance, couture styles. I've attached a pinterest board below of color palettes I'd appreciate all of our guests wear! What should I NOT wear?

Answer

Please refrain from wearing White, Ivory, Black, Gold or Turquoise. We look forward to capturing the guest photos filled with lovely pastel shades! Thank you for helping us to visually capture our long- awaited, perfect day. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. Please allow sufficient time for parking, restroom use, wedding book signing, etc. We suggest an arrival time of 3:30.

May I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

All Invited guests are listed on the invitation envelope. As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we already finalized the guest list. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name would be listed alongside yours on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although your children are adorable, this is an adults only ceremony and reception. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking behind both venues for the day! Street parking is also available and free!

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

This will be an UNPLUGGED ceremony. We want you to be apart of our special moments and not miss a beat. Phones are allowed AFTER we say I DO!

How far is the ceremony location from the reception location?

Answer

It is a 20 minute drive in between the venues. You may Uber, Lyft, carpool and rent a car for the weekend.

If I have a gift, where should I leave it?

Answer

We would appreciate all gifts to be mailed to our home at 876 Virginia Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21740. If you are bringing it with you, we will have a gift table and card box at the reception! Thank you!

Will I need cash/card for the bar?

Answer

We will be having an open bar for our wedding! If you are showing signs of over intoxication, you will be cut off from drinks and given water instead! We want to celebrate and have a great time. Everything done in decency and order. God Bless!

Is the ceremony/reception/cocktail indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception is indoors. Cocktail hour is outdoors.
