Can I bring a guest who is not noted on my inviation?

Answer

If you received a plus one, this will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your littles ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults only event. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is SEMI-FORMAL. For the women think short dresses, longer dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. We ask that you refrain from wearing ivory, cream, or white. For the men think slacks/dress pants (khakis are ok) with a button up shirt and/or a blazer. Suits are also acceptable. We ask that you do NOT wear jeans.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on site at Sang Hill Farms. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception will take place inside the barn/outside in tents. Please plan accordingly and remember to check the weather in advance.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue exact numbers by a certain date so please don't RSVP late! If you do not RSVP by the deadline you will be marked as "not attending"

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us but please party accordingly!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. We will start promptly at 4:30pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of on site parking that is in walking distance from the ceremony and reception site.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, transportation will not be provided to and from the venue. While Uber is limited in the area, guests may choose to look into shuttle services such as Deep Creek Shuttle to ensure a safe ride home!
