The Galloways

Our story starts in winter of 2019. Similar to many others today, we matched on an online dating website. We started talking on the phone constantly. We spoke morning, noon and night. After weeks of talking we just knew that we wanted to meet in person. Full of nerves and anticipation, we met on Christmas Eve for our first date. We both agreed to meet at Chilli’s not knowing then that this would be the start to a cherished tradition and ultimately our happily ever after. We were both filled with butterflies while we talked over dinner but quickly decided that one dinner wasn’t enough time. Through learning about each other that cold winter night, we discovered that we had both procrastinated buying Christmas presents. Frantic but unwilling to go our separate ways that special night, we decided to keep the date going at the Mall of Georgia with hopes to finish our shopping. With the blinding bliss of each other’s company, we completely forgot about the Christmas presents we were searching for. We both knew before the first date was over that we had uncovered something special, something God sent. Four days after that date Joseph asked to make it official and the rest was history.
