Nautical City Festival

The Nautical City Festival is a Safe, Fun Filled, family event. Rogers city will host a craft show, car show, and parade. This is a weekend long event with local food trucks fair like amusement. Show times are Friday 08/02 10:00am-06:00pm, Saturday 08/03 10:00am-05:00pm and Sunday 08/04 11:00am-03:00pm.

Austin Brothers Beer Company

This is our FAVORITE place to eat/drink while we are in town.

Hungry Hippie

This is a fun lunch spot. They have more of a street food vibe, grab and go or eat in the pavilion out back.

Chauncey's Pub

This was a Crittenden family staple when we would go north. They have great bar food and the perfect “whole in the wall” bar vibe.

Thunder Bay Resort

This is not just a place to sleep. They also offer a good golf course as well as a horse and carriage Elk viewing tour. This resort is also known for their five course dinners and wine tasting. Be sure to check their website for their current events as we get closer to wedding weekend!

Lee's Miniature Golf

This place is across the street from the Hungry Hippie. It’s a fun little putt putt place by the water. The last time we were here Dan tripped and fell on the first hole!

Downtown Alpena, Michigan

Go park downtown and visit all of the cute little shops. Boutiques to souvenirs, wine and beer tastings and even ice cream!

Rogers City

This cute coastal town looks like something out of a hallmark movie. Grab a coffee or some lunch at norwickis sausage shoppe and walk the peer!

Presque Isle

Perfect spot to spend an afternoon, this city has multiple lighthouse locations as well as the Ocqueoc Falls.
