We are providing transportation for guests staying at the Spring Hill Suites and Tru by Hilton. A shuttle will arrive at 3:15pm to load-in guests at the Tru by Hilton, will head to the Spring Hill Suites at 3:25pm, and will arrive at the venue around 4:15pm. The bus will be making two return trips to the hotels: an early trip at 8:45pm, and at the conclusion of the evening at 10:30pm. There is plenty of parking at the venue for guests planning to drive. Please note that the venue is down windy country roads and Uber or rideshare will not pick up there. We will also have golf carts onsite for those with mobility needs or who need some assistance on the grass/gravel!
Our dress code is "garden formal" to embrace the fun, playful, springtime nature of the outdoor venue. Think COLOR! Women: Elegant dress, but don't be afraid to be bold with pops of color! There will be grass and gravel, so we don't recommend stiletto heels. Wedges or a chunkier heel are recommended! Men: Jacket and tie. Know, though... we truly don't care what you wear, as long as you're comfortable!
Our welcome party is spring cocktail attire! Part of the evening will take place outdoors. For women: light fabrics, florals, festive colors, and chunky heels, wedges, or dressy flats. For men: lightweight suits or blazers, and no ties necessary! Chinos, loafers, etc. Again... we care most about you being comfortable and being able to join us :)
