When should I RSVP by?

Are children invited?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will be asked to wait in their vehicles until cocktail hour begins to prevent disruption.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We kindly ask that our guests follow a semi-formal dress code (shirts and ties for men, knee-midi length dresses for women). Please note that weather permitting, both our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, when choosing footwear.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We unfortunately do not have a shuttle to provide transport to and from the venue. Ride share services (Uber and Lyft) are available for guests. Over night vehicles are required to be off premises by 12 pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting. All tables and food will be covered under a tent, and indoor bathrooms will be available.

Can we take pictures at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask our guests join us in being fully present in the moment by having an unplugged ceremony. We promise to share our wedding gallery with you all, soon!

Answer
The ceremony, reception and after party will all be taking place at Serenity Woods 150 Gillette Road New Hartford, CT

Will dinner be served?
Answer
Yes! We will have a full cocktail hour, buffet style dinner, followed by assorted desserts and an open bar.
