There are several different types of Indian outfits, and there are no specific requirements for what types of outfits should be worn. In addition, guests are not expected to wear Indian attire, but encouraged to do so! For the Wedding, we recommend wearing outfits that are bright and bold – and don’t be afraid to accessorize. The only colors that we ask you not to wear are red, white, and black, however, men can wear black suits.
Women: Lehenga, Anarkali, Shararas, Sari Men: Sherwani, Kurta Websites to shop: Kalki Fashion, House of Indya, Lashkaraa, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, The Saree Room & Manyavar (men’s wear)
During this special moment in our lives, your presence at our wedding is more than enough to make our day. If you would like to honor us with a gift, we are kindly requesting no boxed gifts. Because of our work schedules, we will be moving in two years, and have not created a registry, as we are trying to minimize our belongings. Any monetary gifts you’d like to contribute will be greatly appreciated and we hope to use these gifts for our honeymoon or future home!
The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors.
Yes, there is parking available on site.
Guests are asked to arrive at 2:30 PM.
We ask our guests not to bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation.
A baraat is a traditional Indian wedding procession in which the groom, accompanied by his family and friends, travels to the wedding venue. This festive event is characterized by music, dancing, and celebration. Guests are not required to come to this event, but we would love to have you join us!
