Answer

Yes! Please go to the "travel accommodation" page to check out our hotel blocks! Make sure to click on the links for the special room block rates.

Do I have to stay in a hotel block?

Answer

No, you do not have to stay in a hotel block! We encourage the hotel blocks because you are close to many things to do. We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding.

What is the Welcome Drink attire?

Answer

Think you are getting dressed to go to a nice dinner with family and friends! A little less formal than traditional cocktail attire. Jeans are not permitted!

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

This is a black-black tie affair. Never heard of it?! That's okay! We will explain... A black tie affair is formal attire. A black-black tie just means we want all guests to wear only black to the wedding. All females should be in black gowns to the floor, and males should be in black tuxedos or suits with a black tie or bow tie. What can kids wear to the wedding?

Answer

If your child is 15 and under, we would still like to remain in our wedding theme. We would like everyone to be in black. Girls can wear dresses that do NOT have to be to the floor. They can also wear skirts! Boys can wear black pants and a black button down. Please keep in mind that this is a formal event. What is the Goodbye Brunch attire?

Answer

Come as you are and go as you please! Dress as you wish! This is not a sit down event. It is a grab and go. We would like to thank our guests for coming to Texas to celebrate us, and to wish you safe travels back home!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you please switch off all devices and enjoy this special moment with us! We promise our photographer will take great pictures of everyone!

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

If you decide to stay in one of our hotel blocks, we will be providing transportation to the venue! If you decide not to, you will be responsible for your own transportation. You can Uber/Lyft/or use a rental car. Shuttle Schedule will be as follows: For Welcome Drinks: Pick-Up from Blocks: 7:30pm Pick-Up from Welcome Drinks: 10:00pm & 10:30pm For the Wedding Day: Pick-Up from Blocks: Hotel Valencia: 4:00pm (bus to leave no later than 4:15pm) St. Anthony Hotel: 4:15pm (bus to leave no later than 4:30pm) The Wyndham: 4:15pm (bus to leave no later than 4:30pm) Pick-Up from The Red Berry: 10:30pm, 11:30pm, & 11:45pm If you would like to leave the events earlier, Ubers/Lyfts are easily accessible in the San Antonio area

Can I use Uber/Lyft?

Yes! San Antonio is filled with Uber and Lyfts. We encourage you to use these to get around and explore!

If I have my own car/rent a car, will there be parking at the venue?

Yes! You will be able to park at the venue.
