What is included in the all inclusive?
Answer
The rate is per room (not per person) and includes all of your food, drinks, transfers to and from the airport, VIP access, and resort credits. You will also have access to the sister resorts; Beach palace and Moon Palace Cancún and can access the amenities at Nizuc and Sunrise.

What can I use my resort credits on?
Answer
Excursions, Spa, Golf Course at Moon Palace, gift shop, and more! If you stay 4 nights you will be given $750 resort credits. If you stay 5-7 nights you will be given $1500 resort credits, a complimentary 30 minute back massage, manicure and pedicure.

How many nights do we have to stay?
Answer
Per resort policies, there is a four night minimum stay within the dates of Novemeber 9th-16th to book under the room block at the discounted rate.

What week is the room block?
Answer
We have November 9th-16th blocked off, with checkout being on the 16th. You are able to come as early as November 6th and stay as late as November 18th at the discounted wedding rate. Those additional dates are based off availability. Feel free to stay as long as you would like within those dates!

How many people can stay in one room?
Answer
Up to two people can stay in one room. If you would like to upgrade to a junior suite with two double beds and have up to four guests in your room, please let Sam and Grace know as you have to book a different way and it will be based off availability and at a different rate.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
With the nature of it being a small destination wedding, we have a limited number of guests. If you have a plus one, it will be listed on your RSVP.

Do I have to stay at Sun Palace to attend the wedding?
Answer
Yes, you must stay at Sun Palace and book in the room block in order to attend the wedding. Please reach out to Sam and Grace with any questions.

Yes! They have a variety of dairy and gluten free options.
