There will be no transportation provided for Thursday's or Friday's festivities. Transportation will be provided on Saturday. All guests will be REQUIRED to take the shuttles to the wedding on Saturday. Please see the "Schedule" tab for transportation information regarding the ceremony, reception and after-party.
No! ALL guests are REQUIRED to take the shuttle to and from the ceremony, which means you will need to coordinate your own transportation to Mountain Modern or Gravity Haus. If you would like to have your car following the reception (and not take the shuttle back to town), you can park in the main lot of Teton Village and get the shuttle from Gravity Haus to the ceremony. Please remember – don't drink and drive!
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We have decided to keep both Friday night and Saturday's events adults-only and appreciate your understanding. For the parents who would still love to bring their kids to Jackson Hole, babysitting is available through Jackson Hole Babysitting at this link: https://www.jacksonholebabysitting.com/reservations
We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! Please see our "Schedule" tab for each events' respective attire.
The ceremony will be outdoors. If it is raining during the ceremony, umbrellas will be provided for guests. The cocktail hour will be indoor and outdoors. The reception and after party will be indoors.
We have incredible photographers and videographers who will be capturing our day. We ask that you do not have your phone out so that we can all enjoy an unplugged ceremony!
Our cocktail hour and reception are at a high elevation of 9,000 ft and will require taking a gondola to access them. Please consider any existing health concerns and please drink a lot of water throughout the weekend (especially during the reception festivities!).
