We're getting married!

Abid and Tabby met when Tabby began working part time for her mom, Margi, the summer before she left for college. Shortly after, Tabby began helping out in the accounting department, which Abid managed. Tabby was not a fan of Abid at this point and enjoyed cracking jokes with her co-workers of their miserable boss. Fast forward two years, Abid asked Tabby one Saturday afternoon to go to Little Haiti with him to buy chicken blood so that he could perform a seance in his apartment to irritate his roommate. Tabby was in, no questions asked. No chicken blood was found in Little Haiti, but after a quick trip to Kids R' Us and some red paint, the seance was performed and a relationship blossomed. Abid and Tabby spent the next few years living their best lives in South Florida. After countless beach days, bar hopping, and boating, Tabby and Abid fell in love. After a few years break, Abid and Tabby decided in 2018 that their love story was not over and rekindled their relationship. Abid moved back to Illinois and they have been together ever since. They have spent the last five years travelling to new places, making sure to routinely return to South Florida and visit the places they love. They have brought three furry babies, Lexi, Luna and Ghost, into their family and have countless fish and corals in their saltwater aquariums. Abid finally popped the big question June 22nd, 2023 in South Florida, where their relationship began. He brought Tabby to one of their favorite churrascarias and planned an elaborate evening where he got down on one knee and asked if Tabby would spend forever with him. In true Tabby fashion, she responded, "Are you F'ing kidding me" and they celebrated the entire weekend with friends and family. Abid and Tabby are getting married October 2024 outside of Dublin, Ireland, where they have dreamed of and discussed getting married for so long. They are looking forward to celebrating in true, Ireland fashion with all of their friends and family.
