Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dressed up with us for our special day! The dress code is Black Tie optional/ Formal Attire. Black tie optional means guests are invited to dress in formal evening wear, but a tuxedo is not required. Gentlemen may choose a tuxedo, with a tie/ no tie, while ladies can wear a floor-length gown, a formal cocktail dress, or an elegant evening outfit. Dress to impress, but most importantly, feel comfortable celebrating with us!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, scan the QR code on the RSVP card in your invitation. Type in your name, and select Yes or No at your earliest convince. You can also visit our website and click the RSVP, and type your name in. We hope to see you there!

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP on time you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our venue and vendors and can't accept late RSVPs. This means you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no food, drink, or seating accommodations for you.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

We will miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Unfortunately, I cannot make it." when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have selected "Yes, I will be attending." but find that you cannot make it please let Rachel or Cindy know as soon as possible. Please ensure you respond either way!

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

If you have received a plus one, your guests name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding a small and intimate event with our closest family and friends! Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a special night out with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please arrive no later than 4pm, prior to the ceremony to ensure you are parked and seated before the ceremony starts!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will take place at Binksberry Hollow in Wilson NY. The ceremony (weather permitting) will take place outside!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present when we say "I do." We have hired professionals for all photos and we promise to share them as the earliest time! After the ceremony please feel free to scan the QR codes on the tables and take as many pictures as you want! Share it with us!

Where do I park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site! Drive past the white buildings, and park near the hay bails! Ubers and Lyfts are welcome, please plan accordingly!

Will there be a bar?

Yes! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

What are my reception dinner options?

We are still working on the dinner menu, however we are planning on a station style dinner. Please indicate any food allergies/ diet restrictions when you RSVP.
