What is the rsvp date?

We ask that you please RSVP on Zola no later than April 10th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45 pm to make sure everyone is settled in their seats before the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adults-only. We hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the party with us!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP on Zola. Otherwise, we would like to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends. Thank you for understanding!

Parking and Transportation Information?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are at the same location where there is complimentary parking if you wish to drive. If you are staying at Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, or Quality Inn hotels in Meadville, there will be a shuttle available for you for transportation to the venue before the ceremony and after the reception. Please keep in mind, if you choose to not stay in these hotels, there will not be a shuttle available and given the remote location, Ubers/Lyfts are sparse. We want our guests to have a fun but safe time so please plan accordingly. The shuttle schedule: Pick up from hotels between 3:05 -3:15 PM. There will be a shuttle that leaves at 10 PM, 11 :15 PM, and Midnight that will transport guests back to the hotels listed above.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal/Black tie optional. Ladies should wear midi or floor-length dresses and Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. Please avoid sneakers, boots, white/cream dresses. Can’t wait to see you dressed to the 9’s!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors and air-conditioned. Both of which are at the same location.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you… get ready to party!!

Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is the best option. The airport is located ~1 hour & 45 minutes south of the venue. Buffalo Niagara International Airport (NY) is ~2 hours north of the venue. Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (OH) is ~2 hours west of the venue. If you are flying in and planning to stay the whole weekend, we recommend to fly to PIT airport and that your homebase be near downtown Pittsburgh and then traveling to Meadville for one night for the wedding. This will allow you to see more of Pittsburgh after the wedding!

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that guests refrain from using phones during the ceremony to keep the atmosphere intimate. Our officiant will announce at the beginning of the ceremony when guests may snap some photos if they choose to do so. And of course, feel free to capture all the moments at the reception!
