How We Met

Our first date was supposed to be 6/14/2016.  We had plans to go to dinner and see a movie.  But on the 13th David convinced me to meet him for a drink after I got out of clinicals.  We met at Slyman's Tavern in Independence.  David ordered a Budweiser of course and I ordered a Long Island.  The rest is history.

While on our amazing trip to Costa Rica we hiked to a remote waterfall.  While looking around at the beautiful scenery, I turned around and saw David down on one knee and ..... of course I said YES!!
