Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes—please, no jeans. We kindly ask guests to wear cocktail or semi-formal attire to help us keep the celebration elegant and festive.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please message the bride/groom with any dietary restrictions.

Is there transportation and parking?

Answer

Yes. There is lot of parking at Bella Sala, however you will need to move your vehicle before 9 am the following day.

Where is best to fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into the Cedar Rapids (CID) Airport or the Des Moines (DSM) Airport.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

All plus ones will be specified on the invitation.

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Yes! We request you put your phones away and let our photographers take the pictures. Sit back and enjoy the show.

Yes, we will be hosting beer and wine, all spirits will be for purchase. Cheers!

I have never heard of Betting on the Wedding. What is it?

Answer

Who is going to cry first? How long will the speeches be? Betting on the Wedding allows guests to place bets on things that may or may not happen on our big day! What city are you getting married in?

Answer

The church is in Coralville, Iowa and the reception is in Tiffin, Iowa. We would like to make it VERY clear, we are not getting married in Iowa City, Iowa.

Woah, there is a waterfall?!

Answer

We love a water feature as much as you do, however if you choose to take a swim, it is going to cost you. $1,000 to the venue AND $500 to the bride for emotional distress. Please plan accordingly.
