We're getting married!

Our love story began in February 2020 at one of our favorite bars in Brooklyn, where we met through our mutual friends Demi and Noah, just before COVID changed everything. We remained in touch via text while at our homes in Florida. Once we both returned to NYC in August 2020, Kevin and I had our first date over Thai food and cocktails overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge. Despite my efforts to "friend zone" Kevin, I quickly began falling for him. We spent the most incredible summer together in anticipation for Kevin's preplanned move to Denver at the end of the month. Following Kevin's move, we went on the road trip of a lifetime, tent camping from San Diego to Denver. After this trip, we chose to go our separate ways as Kevin was starting a new adventure in Denver and I was living in NYC, but that time apart only strengthened our desire to spend forever together. Kevin chose to move back to NYC and a trip to Punta Cana for Demi and Noah’s bachelor-bachelorette party reignited our romance in February 2022, and upon officially rekindling our relationship on Valentine's Day 2022, from that moment forward, we were certain we would spend the rest of ours lives together. After 6 years in NYC, we decided to begin a new chapter of our story in Denver, CO in July 2023. A year later, Kevin proposed on a beach walk during a trip to San Diego - the city where our roadtrip and love first started!

We both went to University of Florida, but never crossed paths. Go Gators! Our birthdays are just one day apart (less than 17 hours in fact). Caroline is a cougar! Caroline's sister's name is Jordan and Jordan's husband's name is Kevin and Kevin's brother's name is Jordan. Oh and...Caroline's dad is Doug and Kevin's uncle is Doug. To round it out, Caroline's brother's name is Parker and Kevin's dog was Parker, too! Confusing...right?
