Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please come dressed in your best cocktail/semi-formal outfit! Absolutely NO shorts, jeans/denim, casual wear such as short sleeves (including casual tropical shirts), athletic shoes, sundresses, sandals. This is a requirement of the venue. Please come dressed appropriately for a wedding event. Please feel free to bring sunglasses as the event will be held mostly outdoors! We would love to see our guests dressed up & in fun, bright, tropical colors! Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to have a big crowd, we are wanting to keep things intimate with our closest friends & family in our favorite place. Unless specified on your invitation, please do not bring a guest they will not be accounted for. Please do not reach out to ask if you can bring a guest.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be ride share options such as Uber, Lyft, etc that will be in the area available for our guests. Please arrive & leave safely.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Gianna’s family shower invites have gone out for bridal luncheon 3/19/2023! Please text regrets to Stacey Drager - 630-400-8450 by March 5, 2023! Konnor’s family shower invites coming soon! Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in front of the venue! If driving feel free, however please note that you will not be able to leave vehicles over night due to event space needed next day. The estate is not open 24 hrs.

Where can we fly into?

Answer

If you are flying into the area there is a couple different airports you can use. Sarasota-Bradenton (SRQ) is the closest to our venue however can be expensive due to being a smaller airport. Tampa (TPA) is a great option, usually most affordable, only about 45 minutes car ride to Sarasota. Ft Myers, Southwest Florida International (RSW) is about 1.5 hours away from Sarasota. St. Pete/Clearwater (PIE) is about 1 hr 20 minutes away.

I forgot to RSVP by May 10th! Can I still come?

Answer

Unfortunately, no RSVP declares that you are not coming and will not be accounted for in seating chart/dinner preparations. Please do not come to the wedding if you did not mail back your RSVP response.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have a room block at the Hilton gardens in sarasota close to the venue however you are welcome to stay wherever in the area! We highly suggest staying in our favorite place, siesta key only a 15 minute drive to our venue and you are right on the Gulf of Mexico & close to many restaurants and entertainment! Gianna & Konnor along with family will be staying on Siesta Key! Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have about your stay!

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love kids! However, if you do not see their names listed on your invite or listed “family” on your invitation we were unable to accommodate them for our wedding. We hope you understand & use our wedding as a night away from the kids!

Is the beach welcome party mandatory?

Answer

No it is not! Feel free to come for as little or as long as you’d like if you are in town! We will have the tiki hut right on the beach reserved. Join us for mingling, drinks, & games. Sunsets @ 8:26! There is parking at beach access #12 directly next to the seashell as well as across the street. *You will not be able to park in the seashell parking lot without a pass*

Will we be indoors or outdoors for the wedding day?

Answer

Ceremony & reception will all be held outside! Please feel free to bring sunglasses. We will be providing mini fans during our ceremony & you will be seated in a shaded area. The estate will be open to walk around all night if you need to cool down but all events will take place outdoors! :)
