What are the wedding weekend activities?

Answer

Good question! The night before the Bride and Groom are inviting everyone to a Welcome Party on the beach. From yummy appetizers, drinks, laughs and maybe a surprise or two in store for you. The wedding day, May 3rd, 2026. The ceremony will be held on the beach following cocktail hour and reception to celebrate the lovely couple and dance the night away! May 5th, 2025 - Cinco De Mayo! Catamaran Cruise to Isla Mujeres. Please join the Newlyweds on a boat day full of fun! We will have food, drinks, water activities and lots of memories to be made. The Bride & Groom can’t wait to spend this special weekend that they will remember forever!

How safe is the resort?

Answer

Atelier Playa Mujeres is very secure and safe. Not only has the hotel provided us with updates and information but as well as our local vendors and travel agents there in Mexico. The resort is located away from the city on a fully gated property. As well as there are two checkpoints before the resort, and two guard posts for extra precautions. The resort, city and locals are all running normally and calmly as usual.

Can you book after the deadline?

Answer

You can still book your stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres for our wedding even after the deadline due date, as long as you do the following: - When booking; 100% payment for booking your entire stay is required. Payment must be paid in full at same time of booking. - Must book through our room block with our travel agent. This ensures you are apart of our account and accounted for all of our events. - Room block rates will still apply and be honored, as long as the room is available and payment in full is made. If you have any questions please reach out to either of us, or contact our travel agency. We hope this information is helpful and provides flexibility for all. Thank you!

You will need to visit the RSVP tab on our wedding website to RSVP. You will also need to visit our travel website: https://www.experienceluxetravel.com/cardernesbitwedding/ to book within our room block to access our locked in rates. We have partnered with Luxury Travel Boutique to assist you and all of our guest with booking rooms, trips on airfare, transportation and any other needs you might need. Please note, you must book through our website as we have secured rooms and locked in prices. Do I have to book my room through the dedicated wedding group to attend the wedding events?

Yes. All guests must book their rooms/stay through our room block we have created for each guests. We have set aside a certain amount of rooms at a locked in rate just for our wedding that must be booked through us. Is the resort all inclusive?

Yes! Atelier Playa Mujeres is an all inclusive adults only 5 star resort! From amazing food and drinks, to the fabulous ocean breeze, you will be %100 covered in all things relaxtion.

Unfortunately the Atelier Playa Mujeres is an adults only all inclusive. As much as we love all the littles, we wanted everyone & parents to be able to let loose, fully relax and enjoy the trip fully!
