Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Oktoberfest is September 26th, 2026. Please plan your hotel accommodations accordingly! We highly suggest booking your hotels a year in advance.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There are no required colors, but we do ask that everyone dress in cocktail attire. Classy and elegant. No jeans or sandals.

Can I bring a date?

Each guest is welcome to only 1 - plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but thought you might want the night off. Time to dust off those dancing shoes! (Exceptions are those travelling out of state. Just a reminder that our venue is attached to a bar, with portions of it being accessible to the public, we do have a separate private area for the reception.) Children can not be left unattended at any point during ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, or reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have 20 rooms blocked at the Fairfield by Marriot in Appleton, and will also have a link to AmercInn for our more cost friendly options, and then we have 14 room blocks at the Appleton Paper Valley by Hilton. We have the rooms available through August 20th, 2026.

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have on your wedding invitation RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are over 130 parking spots. Parking won't be an issue. We do recommend taking an Uber or having a DD, as there will be libations!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early, so that you can take your time getting to your seats!
