FAQs

The Wedding Website of Alexandra Sirinakis and Patrick Macko
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

After you receive the formal wedding invitation, kindly RSVP by February 1st on our website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seabrook Island is a private community. Guests should plan for check ins at the gate as well as a 15-20 minute drive to the venue. When checking in at the gate, you will let them know you are there for the Sirinakis-Macko wedding. We hope that everyone arrives early, around 5:15 to ensure you are seated on time!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a designated guest list and the wedding is RSVP only. We will only be accommodating those listed on your invitation.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot behind the clubhouse close to the ceremony site. Additionally, there will be a pair of golf carts available for any guests that may require assistance.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is no transportation available.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Charleston has great weather! However, Spring in Charleston can be a toss up, we have 80 degree days in March, and we have had 40 degrees. The ceremony is outside on a paver terrace right in front of the ocean. We are hoping for a warm sunny day, but be prepared for that ocean breeze!

Question

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are within short walking distance from each other and the parking lot. Look for signage directing you to the ceremony location just down the sidewalk towards the beach. After the ceremony, guests can head up to the front of the clubhouse for Cocktail hour on the wrap around side porch.

Question

What is staying on Seabrook like?

Answer

Seabrook is THE place to take in all the natural beauty the lowcountry has to offer! There is a downtown area with restaurants and a grocery store (Freshfields) and another marina area (Bohicket) But mostly, it is a place to relax and slow down. The club is a private club so if you plan to eat or drink there outside of our events you will need an amenity card. You can put an amenity card on a credit card by calling the Amenity Office at 843-768-3942.
