Rewinding to almost half a decade ago, when Will was working in an automotive performance shop, one of his clients pleaded that he come to their roommates Memorial day BBQ party. He mentioned that she was into cars and even drove the same kind of car Will had. "Dude, she has an Evo too!". All Laura wanted for her birthday one year was to visit the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Will realized an opportunity when she made this humble birthday request. A few short miles away in Penn's Landing, Will and Laura shared their special New Years kiss. They went about their day and enjoyed visiting the museum. Will being crafty, tricked Laura into believing there was an event happening at the waterfront in Penn's Landing. When they arrived there was nothing but an empty parking lot. Laura still none the wiser, jumped out with Will holding his camera case and began to walk along the water. He explained that he just wanted to snap a few pictures of the scenic waterfront. When they reached a point where the Ben Franklin Bridge was behind them, Will at that point being extremely nervous, fumbled when he went to grab the engagement ring out of the case and kept telling Laura "keep looking at the bridge!". The odd request quickly set off a light bulb over her head and when Will dropped to one knee, she was lost for words and can only muster (knowing he always plays pranks on her) "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!". Serious he was! She said "yes!"
