BOOKING INFORMATION PART I

ROOM INFORMATION There are no rooms being held at this time. We recommend booking as early as you can to ensure availability for your stay. The following room types are available to book at this time: Junior Suite Tropical View Junior Suite Pool View Junior Suite Ocean View Corner Junior Suite Tropical View Junior Suite Swim up Adults Only Junior Suite Tropical View Adults Only Junior Suite Pool View Adults Only Junior Suite Swim Up Unique Junior Suite Tropical View Unique Junior Suite Ocean View Unique Junior Suite Swim Up *Adults Only rooms require occupants to be 18 years of age or older. *Unique level rooms at Lopesan are their club level rooms. They include special amenities such as: exclusive zones in the restaurants, pools, and lobby areas, as well as a members only beach club and gourmet dining options (Please see the resort website for more information on room categories and room levels) Room occupancy in all room types is limited to 2 adults and 2 children (ages 12 and under) OR 3 adults. (Children over 12 years of age are considered adults for occupancy purposes.) Bedding will be either a King and a sofabed OR 2 Queens. Bedding requests can be made but are not guaranteed and are based on availability at check in. RATE INFORMATION The rates for your room choice will be the prevailing rate at the time you book. THIS MEANS THERE IS NO FIXED RATE. Rates as of 4/4/23 are starting at $200 per person per day (based upon 2 people to a room). Upon receipt of your room reservation request, you will be provided a quote with current pricing for your room choice, occupancy and dates. (Rates will most likely be less expensive the EARLIER you book) FLIGHTS You can choose to purchase your own flights OR Melissa Treff can include flights in your booking package. AIRPORT TRANSFERS Transportation to and from the hotel in Punta Cana will automatically be included in your room pricing. You will have the option of a shared transfer or a private transfer.

BOOKING INFORMATION PART II

TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel insurance refers to coverage for you when you are on your trip. Travel insurance includes coverage for in-destination emergencies, medical and transportation, loss or damage to baggage and personal effects, and/or trip delay due to circumstances such as required quarantine. Travel insurance is optional, but recommended. The travel insurance available with this booking also includes a cancellation waiver. Details of your coverage options can be found here: https://pro.vacationexpress.com/vacation-protection/?&ispopup=Y DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION For bookings of the room and transfers, a $50 per person deposit will be required to secure the reservation. For bookings that include flights, the deposit will typically include the full cost of the flights as well. Should you choose to add travel insurance on your booking, this amount will also be collected at the time of deposit. This information will be provided to each guest before any money is collected. Payments will be collected through a secure server. Final payment for all bookings will be due no later than 30 days prior to travel. PASSPORTS You must have a valid passport to travel out of the United States. A valid passport is one that is valid until at least 6 months past your return from this trip. For our wedding, your passport should not expire before August 1, 2024. If you need to get a new passport or renew a passport, we highly recommend doing so before August 2023. **Please inform Melissa if your passport is issued by any country other than the United States.**

OKAY, I'M READY TO BOOK!!!

HOW TO BOOK YOUR ROOM Send an email to Melissa Treff at melissa@travelsbydanielle.com with the subject "Desmarais/Ksiazak Wedding". Include the following information in your email: -Dates of travel -Room type requested (First and Second choice) -Traveler #1: First and Last name as shown on passport, birth date, home address and phone number (this should be the traveler handling all the payments) -Traveler #2 (or more): First and Last name as shown on passport and birth date -Flights - If you wish to add flights, include the airport you wish to fly from WHAT HAPPENS NEXT You will receive "client tasks" in your email to confirm your personal data. Melissa will then secure your reservation and send you payment information. Once your credit card information is added to the reservation, you will receive booking confirmation from Melissa.
