Our story began at the tail end of 2019, when two lives, seemingly heading in different directions, were destined to cross paths. Abby was finishing high school, while Tyler was working as a cook at a local restaurant. Little did we know that one simple connection would be the start of something much bigger than either of us could have imagined. The spark that brought us together came through Abby's cousin, Lindsey. Lindsey worked alongside Tyler at the restaurant and quickly noticed the connection they shared. As friends often do, Lindsey could see something special in both of us, even before we recognized it ourselves. With a little hesitation, Tyler eventually messaged Abby, and that is where our story began. The first meeting was filled with nerves and excitement, a typical beginning for two people just starting to get to know each other. But there was something about that first conversation, initial comfortability, that hinted at the potential for something more. From that moment on, we were inseparable, sharing countless memories and building a life together. However, as with any relationship, life sometimes takes unexpected turns. After several years together, we found ourselves at a crossroads. In order to grow as individuals and truly understand who we were apart from one another, we made the difficult decision to take a break. It was a time of reflection, learning, and figuring out what we needed as individuals. Though the break was hard, it was necessary for both of us to find clarity and strength. Then, after eight months apart, we found our way back to each other. The space allowed us to grow and rediscover what made us special as a couple, and to return stronger than before. When we reunited, it was as though no time had passed at all. The love was still there, stronger and more sure than ever. We had both become better versions of ourselves, and together, we were unstoppable. Since then, we’ve been inseparable. Our bond is rooted in a deep understanding of each other, in the growth we've experienced both together and apart, and in the love that continues to blossom with every passing day. Now, as we stand on the brink of the next chapter of our lives, I look back with gratitude for the journey we've taken—through the laughter, the challenges, the growth, and the love. Our story is one of destiny, of timing, and of never giving up on each other. And as we move forward, I know that this is just the beginning of a lifetime of memories and adventures together.
