Brian and Samantha met at Johnny Macs in Asbury Park over Memorial Day weekend in 2012. When Samantha arrived at the bar with a couple of her girlfriends, she noticed Brian sitting at a table out front with a couple of parrots on his shoulder. While her friends went inside, Samantha stayed behind to meet the parrots! Brian and Samantha ended up sitting together outside of Johnny Macs for a while, chit-chatting and hanging with the birds. From there it was history!

Brian proposed to Samantha in Lake George NY on August 31, 2019. They rented a beautiful secluded cabin in the mountains for a weekend with close friends and family to celebrate Brian and their friend Jacks 30th birthdays. Brian popped the question while everyone was outside hanging by the fire pit, playing lawn games and taking in the beautiful mountain views!
