When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 23rd. If you (or a family member) is having a problem with RSVPing, please give us a call!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please plan to dress semi-formal or garden party style. We know it’ll be one of the hottest months of the year, so we want you to be comfortable—but still polished and picture-ready!

Can I bring a date?

Only if indicated on your invitation/RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

There will be children at our wedding (including our own!), and we’ve chosen to invite a few additional little ones. If your child was not specifically included on your invitation or RSVP, we kindly ask that you join us as adults only!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can communicate your needs to the chef.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is complimentary parking at the venue, with additional overflow parking and a free shuttle available if needed. There’s no valet service, but don’t worry—your car will be safe and sound!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

If you're flying in, we recommend using the Philadelphia Airport (PHL). The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle—just be sure to arrange your pickup with them in advance!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A 14-passenger shuttle will run from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony, and back to the hotel afterward. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only guests staying at the hotel plan to use the shuttle.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be held outdoors in partial shade, but mostly sun. During cocktail hour, you’re free to explore the Cauffiel Estate (a historic Du Pont summer home) or enjoy the outdoor space. The reception will take place both inside the barn and outside, so feel free to roam and relax!

What if I arrive on Friday and want to hang out?

Answer

Let us know that you are planning to arrive on Friday and we will make sure to text you where we are. We will be having a few drinks at the Dead President's Pub and Restaurant in Little Italy after the rehearsal dinner.

What if I want to say good-bye on Sunday?

Answer

We will be at the hotel's complimentary breakfast (can't promise what time we will get there). If you want to say good-bye... stop by! We would love to share a latte and hug with you.
