Wedding Party

Erika Mino

Maid of Honor

Courtney met Erika their freshman year at Clemson, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. In the blink of an eye, they've gone from Courtney doing Erika's hair for formal to Erika helping Courtney find her wedding dress. The two have shared over 13 years of adventures and memories, including a 12-day trip traveling around Europe together. You know what they say - friends who manage no air conditioning, translating foreign languages, navigating public transportation, and carrying luggage up flights of stairs together, stay together!

John Holmgreen

Best Man

When choosing a best man for his wedding day, Eric looked no further than the example of who he wants to be as a husband and a father. Eric credits his dad for his sense of humor, love of classic rock and Jimmy Buffett, and desire to know how and why things work.

Grace Rogofsky

Bridesmaid

Grace and Courtney's friendship began at Clemson their freshman year. The girls spent many mornings on Grace's "megabed" (two bunks pushed together) on the Kappa Delta hall, giggling and recapping the events of the night before. Though their friendship has been long-distance for 9 of the last 13 years, their bond has only gotten stronger. They share a love of girls trips, being cat moms (hi, Geri and Louie!), and putting together a fabulous outfit. Though Grace started as Courtney's friend, she and Eric quickly bonded over their shared love of the Grateful Dead and other jam-bands.

Brandon Adams

Groomsman

Eric met Brandon their freshman year at Clemson and quickly bonded over a shared sense of humor, the pain of Braves rebuilding years, and the simple joy of late night subs at Jimmy John’s. Over the past 14 years they have enjoyed several golf trips, ridden the emotional rollercoaster of Braves and Clemson fandom together, and swapped late-night fast food for grilling out at reasonable hours.

Virginia Lambert

Bridesmaid

Virginia and Courtney met freshman year at Clemson, and spent their senior year as roommates with Erika at the best apartment downtown, they would argue. While they've left going "Straight To Loose" and grabbing Little Caesar's on the walk home behind, they look back on the memories fondly (and often.) The two had a bonus chapter as roommates when Virginia had a temporary work project down the road in Spartanburg. Full circle moment: Courtney had the honor of being a bridesmaid in Virginia’s wedding in 2024!

Andrew Beeler

Groomsman

Eric met Andrew in sixth grade at Northwest Middle School. After multiple teachers chided them for talking to each other during classes (hey, we didn’t make the seating charts), it only made sense that they continue their friendship as roommates freshman year at Clemson. From awkward tweens to current WSOP Hopefuls, their friendship continues to grow.

Sarah Leger

Bridesmaid

Courtney met Sarah at the start of their freshman year at Clemson. They share a special bond - and countless stories - from their time as roommates on the Kappa Delta hall. From nights spent in Cooper library with a healthy balance of studying and socializing, to tackling a 13-hour drive to Miami in a minivan to watch the Tigers play (and win) senior year, to Courtney watching Sarah walk down the aisle to her husband, Austin, the girls have been through so many phases of life together.

Ryan Bristow

Groomsman

Ryan and Eric met sophomore year at Clemson and immediately started a streak of going to Wingin’ It at 6PM every Thursday until graduation. Ryan may still be in front of Courtney for total number of dates (bro or romantic) with Eric. While weekly happy hours are a thing of the past, they continue to bond over sports, an annual golf trip, and how “Dez didn’t catch it.”

Mary Poindexter

Bridesmaid

Courtney met Mary her freshman year at Clemson as they stood next to each other in “pin order” for a Kappa Delta chapter meeting. From experiencing a paintball gun attack on Mary's car on a roadtrip to Atlanta their senior year, to Mary introducing Courtney to the art of Fika at her home in Sweden, there are many memories and adventures shared between the two. Despite there being thousands of miles between them these days, their friendship has never skipped a beat!

Blaine Walker

Groomsman

The roots of Blaine and Eric’s friendship begin on the Purple Hall at Heritage Elementary circa 1999. From Field Days to current poker nights, they have shared countless memories, seen several genres of concerts together, and continue to double over laughing at the nichest of references.
