The ceremony will begin at 5 o’clock in the evening. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm to ensure that you have time to be seated before the ceremony begins. There will be transportation to and from the venue, so please arrive at your preferred pick-up location no later than 4pm.
We will be providing transportation to and from the venue for all our guests. The venue is located about 30 minutes from the ski base area on a winding back road. To ensure everyone's safety, especially after a night of celebrating, we will be providing shuttles to and from the venue. The shuttles will pick up guests for the ceremony at The Christie Club (preferred pick-up location) and Steamboat Grand around 4pm and a looping return shuttle from the reception will begin around 9pm. Please let us know if you need an alternative pick up and drop off location.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. This means a dark suit for men and a floor length gown or fancy cocktail dress for women. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels. Given the possibility of colder temperatures as the evening sets in, consider bringing a wrap or shawl to ensure you are comfortable throughout the night. Cowboy hats are always welcome.
We would love for all of our guest to join us for a western themed welcome party to kick off the wedding weekend. Please join us at E3 Chophouse at half past 5'oclock in the evening on Friday October 3rd for a cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing. Mountain weather is known for its unpredictability - rain, sunshine, sleet, hail, and snow are just a few. The average temperatures in Steamboat Springs in early October range from 70 to 30 degrees Fahrenheit. It does get fairly cool in the evenings so please dress accordingly.
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our amazing photographers and videographers will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos! Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like after the ceremony concludes.

We kindly request that you RSVP by August 31st, 2025 so that we are able to make the appropriate arrangements.
We are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. This is an intimate celebration with close friends and family and unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate additional guests.
Although we love your children, we are unable to accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding. If your child was not included on your wedding invitation, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening with us.
