Maid of Honor
'Hiiii, I'm Dulce, our journey began in first grade, and the bond we've shared since then is truly special. What sets my friendship with Cristine apart is the ability to share laughter effortlessly. A single glance or a silly face is all it takes for us to burst into fits of laughter. The authenticity of our connection, where we can be ourselves without judgement, is something I cherish deeply.Despite the miles that have kept us physically apart, our friendship has only grown stronger over the years. In a relationship consistency is key and Cristine's ability to include me in her life with Steve reflects the strength of our friendship. My favorite nostalgic childhood memory with Cristine is surrounded by many Disney movies. From spontaneous dance-offs to singing, making those Disney-filled days truly unforgettable. Another memory – a night filled with comforting junk food, snacks, drinks, deep conversation and a marathon of movies. Coincidentally, part of our conversations was the beginning of your relationship with Steve. I have witnessed the unique and beautiful bond between Cristine and Steve. They serve as an inspiration for the kind of relationship I aspire to in the future. Steve is not just the man marrying my best friend but a great person who I trust to protect and love my friend. While no relationship is without its imperfections, the love that Cristine and Steve share is nothing short of extraordinary".

"It was November 2007 that I met Steve for the first time. Being the rebellious youth that I was, what better way to bring out that rebel than to throw a party while the parents were out of town. That’s how I met Steve. Little did I know I met someone with the same rebellious redneck style as me. Our bond has been solidified by the love of nascar, country music, beer, and me shitting on the eagles. The stories we can tell from Talledega to the notorious DeSean Jackson parking lot punch. There will always be fire and gasoline with Steve and I. I’m happy to be best friends with this man and am looking forward to more memories with the bride to be, too".

"Hello all! My name is Ashlin, Cris and I met in middle school. A simple question to the girl who had what was considered the most coolest phone in the universe at the time (T-Mobile sidekick) ignited the beginning of a friendship that has withstood the test of time. Cris and I are fortunate to have held on to each other through various periods of laughter, sadness, highest of highs, and lowest of lows- and throughout it all, we have grown as both individuals and friends. I cannot even begin to tell you the amount of gratitude I have to have had her by my side. She has been there for me with unwavering love, encouragement, and support on my best days and has seen me through some of my absolute worst. Despite an incredibly busy schedule, she has never once neglected to be a good friend and that speaks to her heart and character more than anybody I know. She is one that manages to be there for EVERYBODY while single handedly moving mountains. She is a lover by nature, and will always feed you- whether that be with wisdom, encouragement, truth, or an incredibly home cooked meal. I cannot even begin to express the level of admiration I have for this woman, to say that Steve is a lucky man would still purely be the understatement. I cannot think of anybody that is more deserving of the love, stability, happiness, and dedication that Steven has brought her since the moment they first met. It is the epitome of the love story that one could only hope to find in their own life".

"Hello everyone! My name is Christian and I'm Cristine's older brother. I did not grow up with Cristine because my brother John and I were living in the Philippines with our grandparents. However, John and I moved to the states about 15 years ago. I've watched Cristine flourish into a beautiful, kind, caring and motivated women. She was always a go getter and once she put her mind to something, there was no turning back. I remember when she was in high school, she was always part of every clubs, just to keep herself busy. From French, to cheerleading, to dance, to choir practice and then back home to do homework and take care of our younger brother, JP. She was always the person you can count on when we needed her. When Steve came into the picture, we knew he was it. He was that one person, that could handle my sister's craziness. These two have shown that they conquer anything that is put in front of them. They've shown love, compassion, passion, forgiveness and dedication to one another. Steve has made my sister incredibly happy by the amount of times that he has put a smile on her face and has shown her unconditional love. Even though we already say you are part of the family, we cannot wait to officially call you our brother and obviously- Cristine's husband".

" Hi all! My name is Jasmine and Cristine and I met when we were in elementary school. However, we lost touch when she moved to NJ. Our reconnection was something I was always hoping for and glad it happened. At this point in our lives, it feels like no time has passed and are still those little kids, but at the same time so many years have passed that we had to get to know each other as adults, which has been an amazing experience. Cristine makes a trip to TJ Maxx and HomeGoods feel like a trip to an amusement park! Though, Cristine and I, have had many adventures and I would say my favorite memory is our trip to Boston. This is the trip I will never forget. We both shared the love for oysters, Italian food, and espresso martinis. Boston had all of what we love along with many laughs and lots of power naps in between the sightseeing and food loving. Even though we can’t party like we used to, we always give our best effort! It has been great watching the relationship between Cristine and Steve. My favorite moment is when Steve unconsciously protects her when we are out or just on the day-to-day. You can tell Steve loves her because through his eyes, he is watching her surrounding making sure she is always safe. It is something I will forever be appreciative of. And finally, to my bestie, Thank you for being my favorite travel buddy and I cannot wait for our next Boston trip! But until then, let’s get you married!"

"Hi, I'm JP and I'm Cristine's baby brother. My ate Tin Tin and I are really close because she was always my babysitter when my parents had to go to work. She was always the first person I saw when I woke up to get ready to school and the one to pick me up from school, when she lived with us. When she first moved to CT, I was constantly missing her because she would always hang out with me playing video games together, dancing, coloring, and just watching movies. She was one of my best friends. I was the baby in the family. When I was born, my ate Tin was 16 years old and had her own life and my other siblings were 20 and 12, so as you can see we all had big gaps at our age. But that didn't stop my Ate for being there for me. She was always that one person that always chose to play with me and always took me to the park, so that I wasn't bored and had something to do. My Ate Tin, would always make time out of her day, just to sit and help me with homework if needed. When my Ate introduced us to Steve, I looked at him like another version of my ate. He was fun, funny and exciting. I remember when Kuya Steve and Ate Tin came to the house for Christmas and randomly dressed up like teddy bears. I knew I had to change into regular clothes and wear my duck onesie. They made Christmas so much fun. We put on music and dance the night away in our onesie. It was my favorite memory of them and a memory I will never forget. Steve made that Christmas one of my favorite Christmas".

"Hi all, I'm Kristin! I'm an attorney living in NC with my husband Ryan (Cristine was a bridesmaid at our recent wedding). I used to live in CT, which is where I met Cristine through our mutual friend Janine (aka Nina) back in 2016. As soon as I met Cristine and experienced her warm, kind, giving, and fun-loving persona, I knew that she would be my friend for life. I have many wonderful memories of Cristine, too many to recount in this short writing. I also have quite a few great memories of Cristine and Steve, my favorite of which is from when we all went to the Greenbrier in West Virginia with some other friends. We all stayed at my family's house where the first night we cooked a massive meal. Cristine was obviously in charge of the kitchen while Steve manned the grill like a pro. Together, Cristine and Steve oversaw the fixing of a feast, and their steady teamwork was a feat to behold. After witnessing that event and many other years of their commitment, I am honored to now have the chance to stand beside them on the day they formalize their dedication to each other before the world. Congratulations, Cristine and Steve! May your love be patient and eternal."

'I am Kyle. I have known Steve since 6th grade. Favorite shared memory with Steve is 2013. We went to a Brad Paisley concert in VA. My wife, of course, invited way too many people to come with us. At the end of the show we "lost" Steve. Except, we didn't lose him, because Steve always gets to his destination. He might take some wacky detours and the most complex route possible, but he gets to his destination. I told everyone else the same thing and that Steve, without a doubt, would be at the car. Nobody listened because, somehow, they were more drunk than Steve. We wasted damn near a whole hour looking for him while I kept saying, over and over, we should just walk to the car because this is Steve, and he got to his destination. Sure enough, after everyone else shut up and listened, we walked to the car, and there was Steve, with a beer in his hand and his phone playing music. He never thought to call or text anyone, because he made it to the car, now everyone else was the problem. First thing he said when I tried to give him shit was (paraphrasing, it has been a decade), "I couldn't find you guys, so I figured you'd go to the car, what the fuck else would I do?" For some reason, to me, this is the quintessential Steve memory".

"I've never been so grateful to have chronic hip and shoulder injuries. 😝 Cristine and I met when I became a frequent patient at her and Steve's physical therapy office. I liked Cristine the moment I met her- she was funny, kind and smart. I enjoyed talking to her every time I came to their workplace. I then gave birth to my daughter, Lola, during the pandemic. After much searching, we didn't have any luck finding a good babysitter. Like most first time parents, we were exhausted and in desperate need of help. Then one day Cristine said, "If you ever need a sitter..." and suddenly my friend became my family. They say it takes a village to raise a child. I'm so incredibly happy that Cristine is in our village. She not only saved me from the overwhelming exhaustion of motherhood, but also has become a wonderful auntie to our daughter. I am so grateful to have her in my life. I can't wait to return the favor when Steve and Cristine need their village. 😉 But first, their wedding! Can't wait to celebrate with y'all! "

"Hi, my name is John and I am Cristine's brother. I did not grow up with my sister but I do have memories that felt like yesterday. I remember when we used to fight together over small things. We used to throw punches at each other like Manny Pacquiao Vs Marquez. Of course, I always lose the fight. I am proud and happy for my sister. I wish you happiness, and abundance blessings. After this wedding, Id like to have a rematch. To Steve, not only will you become my sister's husband, but you will be my brother and be part of Dungao family. I remember when you helped me changed my tire to my car. You showed me how to change it. To my brother Steve, and to my sister. I congratulate you today, and I wish you abundance of blessings, and happiness".

"It all started with a turquoise beanie and a cheers. Cristine and I first crossed paths at a snow storm Yankee rugby bar crawl in 2016. She attended to support Steve and I attended to support my best friend Karl who played on the team. Little did I know this one stormy night was about to open years of laughter to come. Two weeks after meeting Cristine, I agreed to go on an impulsive road trip to Florida with her and 2 of her friends (that i had never met before, and would meet en route to Florida). I think it’s safe to say we started that trip as strangers and left the trip as best friends. Over the many girls nights and brunches that followed this trip it was a sealed deal that this friendship was solid gold. Cristine was not only responsible for getting me a job with her in Stamford, but she also introduced me to the love of my life as well as held me up when I lost him. Both Cristine and Steve have been a second family to me and I couldn’t be happier to be a part in celebrating two amazing souls taking the next step".

"Hey I’m Mark. I live in Huntsville AL, with my wife of five years, Patricia, and our cat and dog. I was born and raised in PA. I went to college at Syracuse where I met Steve. I graduated with my Masters in Engineering. Then moved to Huntsville, to work on the space program. Steve and I have many of fun memories. From setting off a smoke detector making country fried steak, to freezing our butts off at football games, Steve and I have a lot of good memories. But the one memory that always stands out for me happened at the end of our junior year. We decided to have a party/barbeque to celebrate the end of the semester. We went out and bought the grill, charcoal, and the food. Well we forgot the lighter fluid. After about 15 minutes of trying to light the grill with just a lighter, Steve came up with the bright idea of trying to use the lighter fluid in the lighter. After about 5 minutes of trying to get the lighter open, he started stabbing it with a fork. Next thing you know, the lighter fluid is shooting out into his face. Fun times and great memories!"

“Hi, I'm Megan. I'm the future sister-in-law to the bride and groom! I first met Steve and Cristine eight years ago when I started dating Jeff, Steve's brother. Throughout that time, I got to know Steve and Cristine well. They have always and still continue to make each other happy. They truly are each other's better halves! Between Steve's goofiness and Cristine's nurturing, caring personality - they truly have the perfect balance. I am so happy for them both as they take this next step in becoming husband and wife! From holidays, birthdays, and all the other family gatherings, I can’t wait to keep the celebration going.”

"Hi, my name is Jeff. I'm the younger brother of the Groom and future brother-in-law to the bride. I could tell from the beginning that these two were going to get married, they make each other very happy and that's all you can ask for. I guess my favorite memory from growing up with Steve is all of the spice he added to my life (I was a biter when I was a kid and any time I bit Steve, my mouth got washed out with hot sauce). I can’t wait to add the same level of ‘zing to Steve and Cristine’s special day!!"

"My name is Daniel Irizarry, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Cristine, and Steve 4 years ago. In no time at all they both showed me hospitality like none other with lots of food, and lots of whiskey. As these are some of my favorite things, I knew a special bond would form from that day on. From raunchy football Sundays to my first relaxing cigar by the fire pit, I realized being around Cristine, and Steve wound be a pleasure no matter what the time, place, or circumstance. They make a great team, and I’m honored to be a part of this next step in their life. Cheers to you both, it’s been a great ride".

Greetings to y’all fine folks. My name is Mel but my ate cristine calls me “Mick” or “Mickeroni”. I had a lot of great childhood memories of having nightmares from all the scary movies cristine and I would watch at her house. She also liked to blast the AC around 60 degrees during sleepovers. Needless to say there was a lot of suffering on my end. But she’s family and the only person I’d call a sister. I had the pleasure of watching her and Steve develop their relationship with teamwork and communication taking care of their place and their doggie. I know she will be in good hands and I’m excited to see what the future has in store for them. Peace and love to their marriage.
