FAQs

Question

How to RSVP?

Answer

To help us in our planning process, we ask that you kindly RSVP using this website’s “RSVP” tab above by May 1st.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to join us in cocktail attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit; ties are optional. Ladies may wear a knee-length, midi, or ankle-length dress. Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream. If you’re still unsure or would like a little inspiration, feel free to check out the link below for ideas on what to wear: https://pin.it/4mKNaqqZZ

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive by 12:30pm so that there is enough time for everyone to be seated before the Nuptial Mass begins promptly at 1:00pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will kindly say so on the invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer.

Question

What should I do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

In between the ceremony and reception there will be the classic “Catholic Gap.” Please feel free to freshen up, recharge, grab a snack or a drink, or check out some of our favorite local spots listed in the “Things To Do” section of this website before cocktail hour begins at 4:30pm. We apologize for the delay, but fortunately this will give us the opportunity to get our pictures done, so we can spend more time with you at the cocktail hour!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we don’t want any phones in our photos. We promise to share our photos! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors at the Shrine of St. Anne Catholic Church in Arvada. The cocktail hour and reception will be held outdoors at the covered pavilion at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield.

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

Yes, you can find our registry details on the “Registry” tab of this website.

Question

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Omni Interlocken Hotel, where the reception is being held. Guests are encouraged to book early to secure availability. There are also several nearby hotels, and the Omni offers a complimentary shuttle to and from these locations within three miles. The shuttle runs from from 7:00am to 6:00pm. For more details, please see the “Accommodations” tab of this website.
