Answer

Yes as there will be food and select drinks from 10pm to 12am at Waterloo Village following the conclusion of the reception.

What is the address of the wedding?

Waterloo Village 525 Waterloo Road Stanhope, NJ 07874 Please look for signs to guide you as it is a state park.

Is there a reserved block of rooms nearby?

Answer

Yes- see see the travel section for the link to book. It is at the Residence Inn by Marriott Mt. Olive at International Trade Center which is five minutes from the venue.

Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle from the Residence Inn by Marriott Mt. Olive at International Trade Center to the venue, then from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the reception AND at the end of the after party.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes- all at Waterloo Village

What time should I arrive at the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4 and 4:15pm to ensure you have time to walk from the shuttle or the parking lot to the ceremony site and be settled for the ceremony to start promptly at 4:30pm.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes- when you enter the venue (there will be a sign for Waterloo Village at the entrance) there is a check in gate. When you pass that gate their is a grass parking lot on the right hand side. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception is a very short walk from the parking lot. There will be golf carts taking guests to the ceremony site directly from the parking lot as well.

Is Waterloo Village a state park? Will there be people visiting it during the wedding?

Answer

Yes it is a state park, but will be closed in the area where the wedding takes place to the public with signage displayed.

Do I need to choose my meal before the wedding? Do I choose at the reception?

Answer

The dinner is family style and will be brought to each table so no need to worry about choosing ahead of time. If you have dietary restrictions please reach out to the bride and groom directly.

Is the wedding indoors and outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors, and the reception is indoors.
