What should I wear?

Answer

Travel to the 'Schedule' tab on our wedding website for recommended attire for each wedding event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you arrive no later than 5:30pm to the venue. Complimentary shuttles departing from Virginia Beach have been timed to drop off attendees to the wedding venue by/before 5:30pm. We invite you to join us for a welcome drink and music in the garden starting at 5:30pm, before the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is free and available at our venue. If you choose to drive, tell them you're there for the Heckard/Futrovsky Wedding, and follow signs for Rose Garden Hall. Park in front of Rose Garden Hall.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, complimentary shuttles will be available from the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront (3001 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451). Shuttles will depart promptly by 5pm. If you miss the shuttle, uber/lyft are readily available.

Only if a date was included on your wedding invite. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids! But we appreciate you understanding that kids are not invited to the wedding ceremony & reception. Feel free to bring kiddos to the Welcome Party on Friday, June 5th. Thank you for understanding!
