Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is black-tie optional. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit. Ladies are encouraged to wear a floor-length dress, but an elegant cocktail dress is also appropriate. We kindly ask that attire worn to the ceremony reflect the reverence and sanctity of the Mass.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:45 p.m. ET for a 3:00 pm ET start time to avoid disrupting the Mass.

Does it matter which side of the church I sit at the ceremony?

Answer

It does not matter at all! Please sit wherever you would like!

What should I do in between the ceremony and the cocktail hour?

Answer

In between the ceremony and cocktail hour, you could rest at your hotel, caffeinate at a local Tatte, visit the Basilica of the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, grab a drink, etc.!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

At the church, limited street parking is available. There are parking garages in walking distance of the church. At the reception, ample free parking spots are available. (And you can leave your car overnight!)

Answer

The sooner, the better! But we ask that you RSVP by June 1st, at the latest.
