What is the dress code?

Answer

Business casual! Beach dress or dressy skirt for women & Polo button up/collared shirt and khaki pants for men.

Will there be food & drinks?

Answer

We will have a dinner buffet for all invited guests. For drinks, there will be an open bar with beer, wine, & cocktails for adults. There will also be water & sweet/unsweet tea as well.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on the Captain's Deck of the Emerald Grande & the reception will be held in the HarborView Room. So, you do not have to worry about the sand :)

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at the Emerald Grande Hotel on the Captain's Deck. Once you walk in the main entrance of the hotel, the front desk can tell you how to get to the location.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by September 13th, so we can get a for sure headcount number for food & drinks. Those who do not RSVP by the date will, unfortunately, not be allowed to attend the ceremony or reception due to our venue's policies.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to start time to ensure that we start on time, and you do not miss anything!
