Below is a tentative schedule for our wedding weekend. A final schedule will be included in the welcome bags waiting in your rooms upon arrival at the Inn. All events will take place at the Chimney Hill Estate Inn. Dress code details for the weekend are outlined below and on the FAQ page. We are so excited to celebrate with you!

Arrive to venue

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please plan to arrive at Chimney Hill Estate Inn between 3 PM to 6 PM for check-in. After settling into your rooms, take some time to relax, unpack, and explore the beautiful property. We’ll gather downstairs at 6:30 PM to begin the evening with light bites and refreshments.

Welcome dinner

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Light bites and refreshments will lead into our welcome dinner, featuring a buffet and passed hors d’oeuvres. There will be tables available for seating, but the evening is meant to be relaxed and social, so please feel free to mingle, catch up, and enjoy the property! Toward the end of the evening, we’ll open the floor for anyone who would like to share a few words before we take a moment to thank everyone for being part of such a special weekend.

Guests are invited to gather for breakfast at the Inn to start the wedding day together. 8:00 am - 9:00 am ~ breakfast for guests going to Birds Nest Indoor Driving Range 9:00 am - 10:00 am ~ breakfast for all other guests

Please plan to be dressed and ready by 1:45 PM for pre-ceremony photos around the property.

Guests Arrive to Ceremony

4:00 pm

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony site and begin taking your seats. Small bites and refreshments will be available!

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

This is the moment! Join us as we say our vows and officially become husband and wife.

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Guests are invited to enjoy cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres while the couple and families take photos.

Reception

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The evening will start with the couple’s entrance and first dance, continue with dinner and speeches, and end with a night of dancing!

Newlywed Sendoff

After Party

9:30 pm

Reception festivities will continue indoors at the barn. Feel free to change into comfortable clothes then join us for the after party! Light bites, pizza, and refreshments as the celebration continues!
