Katie and Carly's friendship dates all the way back to high school where they met in Biology Class. The two became inseparable nearly instantly and bonded over their love of crafts and music. Carly was recently Katie's maid of Honor in her wedding and is so excited to flip the role and see what Katie does with it! Katie loves singing, annoying her husband and playing any type of game! If you see her at the wedding, be sure to say hi! She loves to gab!

Hanna and Carly met in middle school - and needless to say, the rest is history. Going from friends to sisters has been one of the most special things life has ever given Carly. Her adventurous spirit and kindness to everyone she meets is so admirable. The two love playing video games together, hanging out at Mama Pat's house and listening to dad-music! Whenever Hanna is around, you can't help but laugh at her witty jokes and cherish the moment.
Gracelyn Shalaski

Gracelyn and Carly go back to high school where their bond began during mic check. Gracelyn worked on the technical side of theatre and as a stage manager, whereas Carly was an actress. The two loved singing music in the car, going out to get cheap sushi and eventually hanging out in college at VCU in Shafer Diner for breakfast - every morning! She has always been such a terrific friend and Carly is feeling so lucky to have her take part on her big day.

Maria and Carly became neighbors in 2023 in a small duplex apartment in Richmond city. The two definitely are two opposites. Maria was in med school and Carly a bartender. Maria helped Carly through any kind of medical "crisis" and the two loved to share gifts by leaving them on one another's porch. Maria became especially acclimated to the Hogan/Fortune house when the couples' puppy Sam came into the picture - quickly taking on the role as his Godmother. Maria has a very kind heart, a witty sense of humor and is the smartest person Carly knows. She's honored to have her as a bridesmaid.
Kenny Lord

Kenny and Chris met at a job interview at an apartment complex, where Kenny was the supervisor. After a few days of work, and several OSHA violations they became great friends. Kenny is a straight shooter and a lifelong friend, he's the first person to help you move an obnoxiously large sectional sofa with 20 minutes notice. Or drive you to get your car after you impulsively buy a third car. (sorry)
Chris White

Chris White and Chris Fortune met at Great Big Greenhouse in 2012 where they both worked. After a short time the two became great friends and began the following years of growing up together. Chris W has always taken on a brotherly role, he got Chris F to move to downtown Richmond where they both created hundreds of memories the two still talk about today. Chris W asked Chris F to officiate his wedding to his wonderful wife Jessica at the Salisbury Country club and in suite Chris W is officiating this wedding.

Chris Chatto and Chris Fortune became friends after meeting in Boone NC. Soon there after Chatto moved to Richmond and needed a job, you guessed it Chris White, Chris Chatto, and Chris Fortune started working together. Through skateboarding video games and many long summer days working in Landscaping they became close friends. Chatto is a kind, opened book kind of friend who is always willing to listen, busy or not he shows up for his friends everytime.
Damian Parker

Damian and Chris became friends over a period of time meeting through Kenny. After crossing paths several times they hit it off through humor and mutual friends. Damian is one of goofiest kind-hearted people you'll ever meet. Fun fact: Damian knows every word to Ironic by Alanis Morissette.
John Anthony

John and myself met via Carly and his wife Katie Hopping (Maid of Honor) at their home where they kindly invited us to. John, a seasoned veteran in this situation knew this night would entail endless hours of Taylor Swift singing and some liquid encouragement. He managed to almost tune out the make shift concert 3ft away from us to ask questions about me. John is impossible to not enjoy being around, he's naturally funny and always has great advice. Fun fact: Johns a scientist and definitely knows the cure for every disease. Bring him a drink and butter him up, he might share his secrets.
