FAQs

Question

What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be on January 24th, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm with the reception to follow.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior (3:30 pm) to ensure that you have time to park and find a seat for the ceremony. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will have to wait to enter until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

In order for us to provide our venue and vendors with an accurate headcount, please RSVP no later than December 13th, 2025. If we have not received your RSVP by this date, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending", and we will assume you cannot make it. We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click on the RSVP tab in the menu above to RSVP at any time. We will also include a paper RSVP card with your formal invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those guests who are formally invited to our wedding. Your invitation and RSVP card will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you! If you feel that we have missed someone on your invitation, please reach out.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family and those in our wedding party. Your invitation and RSVP card will indicate the total number of invitations per family. We encourage you to use this night as a "night out"! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so that you can celebrate with us.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for our family and friends to get dressed up with us for our big day! We kindly request a formal, black tie optional dress code. Ladies can wear floor-length dresses or gowns, and men can wear formal tuxedos or suits. You may wear any color that you like, but please avoid any colors that are traditionally saved for the bride, including shades of white, ivory, or cream.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. As our wedding will be in late January, we still encourage guests to bring a jacket to stay warm when entering and exiting the venue!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" and ask that you put phones and cameras away and silenced during this time. We have hired professional photographers and a videographer to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos and videos once we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like, and share them with the bride and groom!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you! We will provide beer, wine, and non alcoholic beverages during the reception. If you plan on drinking, we ask that you drink responsibly and arrange transportation for after the wedding to ensure that everyone leaves the venue safely!

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service that will be handling all beverages. Due to the venue's policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
