When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1, 2026, so we can finalize all the fun details! We can’t wait to celebrate with you and appreciate your response as soon as possible. You can RSVP right here on our website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore all the children in our lives, we’re only able to include a few special little guests in our celebration. We hope you can join us for a fun, adults-only evening!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’ve worked hard to create an intimate celebration, so only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. If your invitation says “+1” or includes a guest’s name, then yes - we’d love for them to join!

What should I wear?

Answer

This is your chance to wear something you love! Cocktail attire is perfect. Nothing too formal, nothing too casual. Just one tiny request: please skip white, ivory, or cream so the bride can shine!

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, so we kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:00 PM to find your seat and settle in before the “I do’s” begin!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at SpringHill Suites in Latrobe for your convenience. Check the “Travel” section on our website for booking info and deadlines.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to snap a few photos. We just ask that you be present, respectful, and avoid blocking the aisle or our photographer’s view. We can’t wait to see your sweet moments too!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle service will be provided by Marriott for guests staying at the hotel. Guests may also choose to drive. There is a gravel on-site parking lot at the venue.
