October 10th at the latest please. This will allow us time to get everyone access to the Military Base
Yes! There will even be games and activities for your children during the reception. We are also planning to arrange supervision for your children during the festivities to foster a great time for all!
Parking is plentiful! The conference center has its own private lot with an abundance of space.
We are working on shuttle services- please give us your itinerary and we will work to provide transportation for you!
All are welcome to the rehearsal dinner and the Sunday brunch!
You will need your Drivers License (Real ID compliant) or your passport. If your drivers license says "Federal restrictions may apply" on the back, it is not a valid form of ID to enter the base. If you are concerned about having valid ID, please reach out to Jason (425-306-1007) or Andrea (502-724-7017). You will also need to stop by the Visitor's Center prior to entering the Base. If you are participating in the shuttle service, this stop will be included.
With our venue being on federal property, we will need to follow federal guidelines for masks, etc. Current federal guidelines as of August 14th, 2021 are that all individuals (both vaccinated and unvaccinated) must wear masks while inside unless they are eating and drinking. We are praying that the mask mandate is lifted before our wedding, and if so, we encourage everyone to operate according to what they feel is best for their families. If the mask mandate is lifted, Jason and Andrea will not be wearing a mask.
