Is there parking available?

Yes, there is extensive, overnight parking available at Loch Aerie.

Are children allowed?

We love your little ones and know how special family is! For this celebration, we’re planning a child-free evening so you can relax and enjoy the night. Only the guests listed on the invitation are invited to attend.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for the number of guests invited. We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend, as we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Dietary needs are very important to us! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP—we’ve included a special section for you to share any details so we can make sure everyone is well cared for.

What time should guests arrive?

We suggest arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Arrive a bit early, and you might just discover a welcoming surprise waiting for you!

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be indoors followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour on the garden lawn.

Is transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes. Transportation will be provided for guests staying at the hotel so you can relax and enjoy the evening. The shuttle will depart at 4:15 from the Desmond main entrance. Please be at the hotel entrance 10 minutes before departure. See sign in lobby for more info!
