What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Valet parking will begin at 3:45 PM. Doors will open at 4:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal attire requested. Bridesmaids will be wearing olive green.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, but we have chosen to make our ceremony and reception an adults-only celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding and thank you for making arrangements so you can join us on our special day.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that guests attend as named on the invitation, as we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have reserved a room block at Courtyard by Marriott Rochester Downtown. Please be sure to book through the link provided on our wedding accommodations page.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We are happy to accommodate special requests and want to ensure all of our guests are well cared for and comfortable.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue is extremely limited. For your convenience, complimentary valet parking will be available. Guests are kindly encouraged to use Uber or Lyft whenever possible. A shuttle will also be available for guests staying at the hotel.
