We’re getting married!

Since we started dating in October 2017, we would travel to Naples, Florida around the holidays. In January 2018, I was excited to see the beautiful tree they light each year in the Mercato. Tim said to me “Babe, we’ll go tomorrow, no city workers will be taking the tree down on a Sunday!” Well, sure enough as we are driving around to find parking on that Sunday evening, I was upset to see the Christmas tree was no longer standing tall and pretty! Tim’s response, “Damn, I guess they do work on Sundays!” The following December 2019, we were celebrating my nieces 4th birthday at Bravo! Italian restaurant in the Mercato. When we finished dinner, I asked my Dad to take a picture of us in front of the tree. Tim turned to me and said give your phone to Judi, she takes better pictures. Thinking nothing of it, we stood in front of the tree for our annual picture. And that was when Tim looked up at me on one knee and asked me to marry him! And the rest is history.
