Please note: You do not need a military ID to access The Thayer Hotel. You will need to show a drivers license when you enter the first gate.

Black-Tie Optional/Formal Attire
Please arrive between 5:00-5:15pm and grab your seat. Ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. Event will be held outdoors on the lawn overlooking the Hudson river, weather permitting.
Cocktail Hour and Reception
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Following the ceremony, please join us for a night of dinner & dancing! Cocktail hour 6-7pm and reception 7-11pm. Full open bar, music, plated dinner service, and dessert.
