Brianna and Nathan met at a tailgate at SVSU through Cole, Nates cousin. But it wouldn't be until almost a year later that Nate asked Cole for Briannas snapchat. -So smooth Nate ;) Oh and shout out to Cole Cosbitt

Over the past five years, Nathan and Brianna have shared an incredible journey together. Nathan spent time in lineman school, working hard to pursue his dream, while Brianna dedicated herself to dental hygiene school, balancing schoolwork with their growing relationship. Along the way, they added Palmer, a German Shorthair Pointer who quickly became the third member of their little family, always keeping them on their toes (and stealing socks). Their journey took them across the state to Ludington, Michigan, where they began building a life together—navigating new adventures and having fun along the way. Their love has only grown stronger over this time and they’re beyond excited to start the next chapter of their lives as husband and wife.

On a chilly early January Sunday morning, they bundled up and set out for a day of ice fishing—because nothing says romance like sitting on a frozen lake with a fishing pole in hand. The quiet of the frozen lake set the perfect backdrop as Nathan got down on one knee and proposed. Ultimately turning what was supposed to be a simple fishing trip into an unforgettable moment. Who knew ice fishing could lead to a proposal? Well with Nate, it just makes sense.
