And what of the children?!

Certain parties, who wish to remain anonymous for safety, are concerned that if the bride sees children playing at the wedding she may get ideas to expedite having children of her own. For this reason our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us, and have a night off!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided to and from the Alloy Hotel to Appleford Estate. If you are not joining the shuttle, there is parking on site. For the more adventurous, the walk is 3 miles, uphill, both ways.

What is the attire?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, on grass (that's a type of terrain, not a pharmaceutical). Ladies choose your shoes accordingly! Men, follow your heart. The cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception festivities will be tented. We recommend dressing according to the weather!

If I'm in the groom's wedding party and everyone is wearing brown shoes, can I wear black shoes?
